As the lead UX designer at Achievers, I was solely responsible for designing intuitive and scalable experiences for the enterprise grade platform across desktop and mobile.  I developed high fidelity prototypes and improved user workflows for their multiple product offerings to boost adoption, drive engagement and support measurable business outcomes.

My evolution into product design has empowered me to not just craft experiences, but to drive feature vision, customer value and design-led growth. Developed a comprehensive design systems, including a component library, reusable templates and detailed documentation -  accelerating the design to dev handoff.

Testing and documentation

I enabled efficient testing and content optimization across the Achievers site, including chatbot playbooks to guide users through personalized journeys. I leveraged VWO to run AB tests on key elements and page layouts, in collaboration with analytics to pull insights that drive improvements in conversion rates and user comprehension.
